Right to Cancel (UK Consumers)



A consumer is an individual acting for purposes wholly or mainly outside their trade, business, craft, or profession.

Your Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel your contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period ends 14 days after the day you, or a person you nominate (other than the carrier), receives the goods.

How to Exercise Your Right to Cancel

To cancel the contract, you must inform us of your decision by making a clear statement (for example, by email or a letter sent by post). You may use the cancellation form provided below, but this is not compulsory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the 14‑day period expires.

Effects of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract:

  • We will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (but not any additional costs arising if you chose a delivery method more expensive than our standard option).

  • Refunds will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day we are informed of your decision to cancel.

  • Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees for the refund.

  • We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you provide evidence that you have returned them — whichever is earlier.

Returning the Goods

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after informing us of your decision to cancel. You must send the goods back before the 14‑day period expires.

You will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are liable for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
