These General Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all contracts concluded between the Provider and customers for the purchase of goods, services or other products (together, “Goods”) via the online shop at the above URL.

Delivery is available exclusively within the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland). Orders with delivery addresses outside the UK will not be accepted.

3. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of Goods in the online shop constitutes an invitation to treat and does not constitute a legally binding offer.

By completing the online checkout process and clicking the order button, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the selected Goods.

A contract is concluded when one of the following occurs (whichever happens first):

  • we send an order confirmation in text form (e.g. by email).

  • the Goods are dispatched or delivered.

  • payment is requested or processed during checkout.

Before submitting the order, customers may review and correct their entries using the technical means provided during checkout.

We store the contract text and provide it to the customer in text form (e.g. by email). The contract text is not publicly accessible after conclusion. Registered customers may view order details via their customer account.

4. Consumer Right to Cancel (UK Consumers)

Consumers have a statutory right to cancel distance contracts in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

A “consumer” is an individual acting for purposes wholly or mainly outside their trade, business, craft or profession.

5. Prices, Payment and Default

5.1 Prices

All prices displayed in the online shop:

  • are valid at the time of order,

  • include UK‑applicable VAT where chargeable,

  • include or clearly state any delivery or shipping costs.

5.2 Payment Methods

Available payment methods are shown during checkout and may include:

  • prepayment (bank transfer)

  • credit or debit card,

  • payment services offered via Shopify Payments.

5.3 Due Dates

Unless otherwise stated:

  • payment is due immediately upon contract conclusion.

  • any alternative payment term shown on the invoice or during checkout shall apply.

 

6. Retention of Title

The Goods remain our property until payment in full has been received.

 

7. Delivery and Availability

Delivery is made exclusively within the UK to the address specified by the customer.

Delivery times stated in the online shop apply.

Collection in person is excluded.

7.4
If we are unable to deliver the Goods due to non‑availability beyond our control, despite a covering transaction with a reliable supplier, we may withdraw from the contract.

In such cases:

  • the customer will be informed without undue delay.

  • any payments already made will be refunded promptly.

  • statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

 

8. Conformity and Warranty

8.1
We are responsible for ensuring that Goods conform to the contract in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Where Goods are faulty, not as described or unfit for purpose, consumers are entitled to statutory remedies including repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.

 

9. Liability

9.1 Unlimited Liability

We are fully liable for:

  • death or personal injury caused by negligence.

  • fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

  • intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty.

  • breach of an express guarantee.

  • liability under mandatory product liability laws.

9.2 Limited Liability

Where we negligently breach a material contractual obligation, our liability is limited to foreseeable losses typical for this type of contract.

A material obligation is one which is essential to the performance of the contract and on which the customer reasonably relies.

9.3 Exclusions

Subject to mandatory law, all other liability is excluded.

 

10. Indemnity

The customer shall indemnify us against third‑party claims, including reasonable legal defence costs, arising from unlawful use of the website or breach of these Terms by the customer.

 

11. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with applicable UK data protection law.

12. Governing Law

12.1
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

Nothing in these Terms affects mandatory consumer rights under UK law.

 

13. Jurisdiction

If the customer is a business, public authority or legal entity, the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

For consumers, statutory rules on jurisdiction apply.

 

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

 

15. Dispute Resolution

We are not willing or obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body.
